Clinic Pharmacy

We have an in-house natural medicine pharmacy that stocks what we believe to be the highest quality natural medicines available.  With so much over the counter variety many people find themselves confused about quality and what to take to improve their health.  We offer science-based, physician directed advice and supervision with all our natural medicines.  Our patients find relief in knowing that the timing, dosage and risk for interaction with conventional medicines is being monitored.

Dr. Brereton routinely writes articles for the Kootenay News Advertiser covering current topics in natural medicine and health in general.  To follow these articles watch for them in the Monday edition of the Kootenay Advertiser or go to our Facebook page at Kootenay Health Centre.

Dr. Trent did his undergraduate degree in Biology at Reed College in Portland, Oregon.  After working and travelling abroad for several years he began his naturopathic degree at National College of Naturopathic Medicine, also in Portland. After graduating he began his practice in Cranbrook in 1997.  In 2008 he joined his practice with Kootenay Chiropractic and Kootenay Massage to form the Kootenay Health Centre.  In 2009 Trent and Liza married and welcomed their daughter, Ella in 2010.  His practice is oriented toward family medicine in which he treats everything from colds to cancer.  He has a special focus on food and environmental intolerance elimination using BIE and pain management using cold laser and thermography.  Please call or email for more information.
